Company Director & Talent Management
David Riolo
David is the founder and Managing Director of Titan Sports Management, bringing extensive experience in Rugby League and Sports Management from his career as a National and International Rugby League player. David played as a fullback for nine years in the Australian Rugby League Competition and also represented Italy.
With his in-depth game knowledge and significant business management experience, David excels in assisting clients at all stages of their careers. After retiring from Rugby League, he worked as a sports reporter for WIN Television before shifting his focus to Sports Management. Currently, he is an accredited National Rugby League (NRL) player agent. Additionally, he is an active Australian Oztag Representative.
To date, David has supported hundreds of high-profile athletes, providing valuable insights on career decisions, business ventures, personal achievements, and financial security.
His clients include Rugby League and NSW legends such as Paul Gallen, Anthony Minichiello, Ryan Girdler, James Graham, Brett and Josh Morris, Boyd Cordner, as well as dual-code star Karmichael Hunt and most recently Matt Burton, Jai Arrow, Blayke Brailey, Reuben Garrick, Adam Elliott and Tyran Wishart.

Talent Management
Michael Hudson
Michael is Player Agent at Titan Sports Management. He is currently accredited in National Rugby League (NRL) and Rugby Union. Michael is also a registered physiotherapist. He earned a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.
Having grown up in Sydney, Michael spent years as a Rugby League talent scout and is passionate about identifying and nurturing future athletic talent. His experience working with various sports teams and athletes as a physiotherapist has given him a deep understanding of the mental and physical demands required to become a professional athlete.
Michael prioritises building close relationships with his clients, recognising that each individual has a unique background. He believes this personalised approach is crucial for junior development and essential for launching successful careers.
His clients include David Fifita, William Warbrick, Daniel Atkinson, Junior Tupou, Jake Averillo and Paul Alamoti.

Talent Management
Mick Vella
Michael is a Player Agent at Titan Sports Management and is currently an accredited National Rugby League (NRL) player agent. He is a former professional rugby league player. A New South Wales State of Origin and Australian international representative forward, Michael enjoyed a decorated playing career spanning the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s. He played in the NRL for the Parramatta Eels and captained Hull Kingston Rovers in the Super League.
Michael’s on-field achievements include being named Dally M Rookie of the Year in 1999, representing Australia in their victorious 1999 Tri-Nations and 2000 World Cup campaigns, and playing in the 2001 NRL Grand Final. He also represented Malta internationally, honoring his Maltese heritage.
Since retiring in 2011, Michael has remained actively involved in rugby league through various roles within the NRL and as a brand ambassador for the Parramatta Eels. He has recently become an accredited agent, further solidifying his commitment to supporting athletes both on and off the field.
Michael brings his extensive experience, leadership, and passion for the sport to his role at Titans Sports Management, where he is dedicated to mentoring and guiding the next generation of athletes.

Talent Management – Elite Female Pathways
Chey Hatch
Chey Hatch is the newest member of the Titan Sports Management team, excited to contribute her expertise and passion for player development, particularly for female athletes. Currently completing the final stages of her degree in Exercise and Sport Science at UOW, Chey is also an Accredited Agent in the National Rugby League. In her role, she provides extra support and mentorship to TSM’s current female clients, assisting with talent identification and recruitment while helping athletes reach their highest potential both on and off the field.
Chey has over 8 years of experience working in the NRL game development space and most recently Chey has gained additional experience as part of the staff at both the NRLW and Tarsha Gale levels, where she developed a deep passion for supporting women in rugby league.
What truly sets Chey apart is her ability to inspire and uplift those around her. She has a natural gift for motivation and always positively encourages others to strive for their best. Chey’s leadership and communication skills are second to none. As a player, she has captained multiple teams at both local club and representative levels. Chey was a part of the inaugural Cronulla Sharks Harvey Norman team in 2019 and has represented Australia in Oztag. Additionally, Chey has gained coaching experience with the NSW Country Under 19’s and Women’s Opens teams.
Understanding the unique challenges women face in rugby league, Chey is eager to increase support and representation for female athletes, bridging the gap in an underrepresented space. She is excited to collaborate with the Titan Sports Management team and continue to provide the highest level of care and support to all athletes. Chey is particularly committed to creating opportunities for females in the sport and ensuring they receive the professional guidance, advocacy, and recognition they deserve.

Peter Menicou
While completing a Master of Management Degree, Peter spent 15 years working with Sydney based NRL clubs. Working closely with the Coaching staff, including, video analysis, player welfare, recruitment before moving on to live match day analysis for NYC, NSW Cup and NRL.
A further 14 years now as a Player Agent, negotiating and securing elite and aspiring talent not just in Australia, but Europe as well. He is a strong advocate for developing athletes to their full potential, while ensuring that the clubs that they play for are best suited to their individual circumstances.
A firm believer in reaching mutually beneficial outcomes and is driven to ensure that both his clients and stakeholders have a positive association with his dealings.
