Player Bio
Logan Fletcher is one of the most exciting teenage prospects in the NRLW, rising rapidly through the Sydney Roosters pathways to make her mark at first‑grade level. A product of the Roosters’ female development system, she became the first player in club history to progress from the pathways into the NRLW, highlighting both her talent and the club’s investment in junior development.
Fletcher made her NRLW debut in Round 2 of the 2025 season against the Dragons and delivered an immediate impression, scoring a try on debut and showcasing her speed, footwork, and natural try‑scoring instincts on the wing. Originally brought in on a one‑week replacement contract, her composed debut and impressive performance earned her a permanent upgrade into the Roosters’ NRLW Top 24 for the remainder of the season.
Her standout form was reflected at representative level, where she was selected in the 2025 Under‑18 Australian Schoolgirls team, joining some of the nation’s best young players after an exceptional showing at the ASSRL Championships. Fletcher also represented NSW Country Under‑19s, further solidifying her status as one of the most promising young backs coming through the system.
